Mr. Klein has been a matrimonial practitioner for over 35 years beginning his career as a staff attorney in the family law unit for a legal services organization providing legal services to indigent parties. Mr. Klein is a founding partner of his boutique firm which has been in existence for over 30 years. The size of his firm has allowed Mr. Klein to be personally responsible for every client that has engaged the firm. Honoring his roots, Mr. Klein always carries at least one pro bono case at all times and has been honored as Pro Bono Attorney of the Month by the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Mr. Klein has successfully tried cases in Courts in both New York City and Long Island and has sustained trial results on appeal. In 2014, Mr. Klein was admitted to the New York Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
