I represent people whose marital and non-marital relationships are ending including both the financial and the child custody aspects of these situations. I try to settle disputes where possible, but recognize that some disputes cannot be settled or are not ripe for settlement, in which case litigation is necessary and, because over my 40+ year career I’ve tried many cases, I’m well situated to litigate on behalf of my clients. My many appointments to work as the attorney for children in family law matters informs my representation of clients regarding child custody issues.
I provide full service representation to my clients when issues arise that involve wills, trusts, and estate planning, real estate, tax, and corporate law because my law firm has departments in each of these areas.
I have published numerous articles over the years in many aspects of family law.
I have successfully represented parents accused of child neglect and abuse including two families wrongfully charged with causing brain injuries to their infant children.
