I am a divorce litigator, mediator, and collaborative professional practicing in Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, and Ulster Counties. I handle uncontested matters to high net worth cases including cases with business assets or professional practices, both in and out of Court, including appeals. My practice also includes other family law related matters such as negotiating Prenuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements, post-divorce matters, estate planning for second marriages, custody and child support. I also work as a collaborative divorce attorney giving clients the opportunity to resolve their divorce in an alternative dispute resolution setting with an interdisciplinary team approach. My firm additionally has a substantial mediation practice, and is one of the only firms in our area to offer clients the ability to learn about and proceed with any of these divorce process options.
