Allan G. Charlap, Esq. was admitted to the New York Bar in 1981 and has specialized in the area of Domestic Relations for over 40 years. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Charlap is a member of the Finger Lakes Collaborative Law Association. Mr. Charlap is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Family Law Section as well as the Chemung and Steuben County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, US Bankruptcy Court and the US Federal Court Western District of NY.
